KEITH SPRAGG - partner   keith grew up in the valley and traveled around the US managing successful restaurants for the last 25 years. bennigans, outback steakhouse and  roy's hawaiian fusion  cuisine are some of the restaurants that make up his experience. his last project was helping his friend grow his restaurant on a sunny beach in florida. keith has a wide range of experience in running both kitchens and front of house operations. keith is excited to be back in his hometown, where his family still resides, and creating a restaurant that spokane valley really needs.

DARRIN SANDER- partner   darrin grew up in texas and worked for the hard rock cafe for 10 years managing locations in dallas, atlanta, key west, denver, honolulu and san francisco. once he landed in san francisco, he discovered a new passion for restaurants with that areas passionate drive for excellence, local produce and great design. in the bay area he ran  roy's  restaurant that specialized in pacific rim cuisine, a michelin star sushi restaurant;  sushi ran , helped create a japanese izakaya restaurant  village sake  . opened a restaurant and bakery at a winery in napa, and eventually consulted for  evangeline  restaurant in napa. after deciding to make a big move to spokane, he is excited about the new growth and potential in the craft food and beverage industry here, along with all the access to the great outdoors here.

DARRIN SANDER- partner

STEVE JENSEN - chef   born and raised in lewiston, idaho, steve grew up with a deep love of nature, wrought in the craggy hills of hell's canyon on the snake river and in the lakes and timber forests of northern washington. steve's professional experience started with culinary school at le cordon bleu in las vegas where he graduated at the top of his class and continued with cooking at the Venetian and at  picasso in the bellagio  under renowned chef julian seranno. after 5 years in the desert his love of the mountains and forests of his youth drew him closer to home. over the years steve has developed his own unique style combining his humble rural beginnings with classic techniques and influences from around the globe. some of his local places he's worked are  bistro on spruce ,  ambrosia ,  luna  and  waddell's

KAYLEIGH WYTCHERLEY - sous chef   born and raised just outside of spokane in in the small town of Cheney, Kayleigh has always been a native of the pacific northwest. In 2010, she moved to portland to attend art school. she began working in various restaurants and quickly rediscovered a passion for cooking. in 2016, she and her husband moved back to spokane to be closer to family. full of confidence in her abilities and a drive to learn, she began working at Craft and Gather. under the direction of chef steve, she has been given the training and encouragement to work her way up to sous chef. when not in the kitchen, you can find her shooting pool in a league. her team recently made it to a competition in las vegas.  Kayleighs competitive nature fuels her spirit and her friends and family keep life fun.
